The Family Team

Mick Robinson

Mick Robinson MA. ATD. BA (Fine Art) Hons

Owner & Head Restorer

Mick began his professional career as a lecturer in fine art. After a two year full time master Philosophy Research Student he gradually developed his own full time art picture business. It was a dissatisfaction with the general quality of commercial picture restoration that brought him to investigate the skills and process himself. Gradually his reputation for consistent quality, friendly efficient service and competitive pricing led to the creation of his own restoration business specialising in quality period oil paintings.

Mick also produces and exhibits his own personal work

Aaron Robinson MA. BA (Fine Art) Hons.

Aaron divides his time between restoration, portrait commissions, teaching and book cover illustration. He also contributes to several contemporary Art Periodicals, with pictorial demonstrations of painting and drawing techniques.

His personal energy, enthusiasm and breadth of knowledge is an important asset to the business.

Aaron is pictured here receiving a prize for one of his Penguin book cover design, awarded in a recent V&A competition, judged and presented by Pop Artist Peter Blake.
